    1 or 2 personally coached workouts per month covering skills, instruction on how to conduct a workout in each discipline, depending on athlete’s unique needs.

    Weekly individualized training plan posted on TrainingPeaks.com, based on your goals and progress and feedback to guide your evolving training strategy.

    Ongoing email and phone contact.

    Regular performance testing, progress monitoring and feedback for your ongoing training strategy

  • Personalized assessment of current skills, strengths and limiters

    Weekly training plan posted on TrainingPeaks.com, individually tailored to you, based on your goals and progress

    Ongoing email and phone communications on training progression and all related training issues

    Periodic performance testing, progress monitoring and feedback for your ongoing training strategy

In addition to these structured plans, I offer options:  I have an “A+ Plan” beyond that listed above, for a negotiated fee starting at $750 per month, for serious athletes seeking even more personalized, hands-on coaching and instruction.  Please contact me directly to discuss these options.

You’ll notice that there isn’t a cheaper, bulk rate coaching option, consisting of little more than a written training plan offered.  That’s not an omission.  That’s because I believe that a training plan is a generic product, not the same real service as individual coaching.  I offer training plans for specific races, however I don’t list those under my Coaching service options here. When deciding what service or product to obtain, be sure to consider carefully whether or not you want a predetermined training plan, or on-going coaching and expert feedback.  These are very different approaches to your season.  Either one can be right for you, but be sure you know the difference.  If you want to discuss your options and constraints, please email me as I’m very happy to discuss them with you.
